Is the first box really ₹799?

Yes — ₹100 off the ₹899 list on your first box. After that, ₹899 per box.

Are pickup and drop-off free?

Yes. Both are always free within our 5 km Vizag radius.

Do I keep the branded box?

Yes. After 4 completed boxes, the box fee is waived and the box is yours to keep at home.

Do you iron?

No — wash & fold only. Most Vizag apartments already have an ironing wallah downstairs.

Can clothes from different customers mix?

No. Loads move in sealed mesh with numbered tags. We audit partners and fold ourselves at the hub.

Is booking live?

Not yet — join the waitlist. We’re standing up Vizag collection and the app.
